KreoConfianza Terms and Conditions

1. WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICE. Lucía Romero Robles, trading as KreoWeb, who provides the KreoConfianza service. NIF (Spanish tax number): 47430763W. Postal address: Calle Albahaca 2, 18006 Granada. Email: soporte@kreoweb.io. Phone: 858 69 75 24 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, Spanish time).

2. WHAT IT IS AND WHO IT IS FOR. KreoConfianza checks that a business is real and gives it a public profile and a “Control del negocio confirmado” (business control confirmed) seal. It is only for self-employed professionals and businesses with a Spanish NIF or CIF. Signing up is free and includes the business’s free website (point 5 bis). It does not include reviews.

3. SIGNING UP

• The business signs up with its name, its NIF or CIF, its email address, its phone number, its sector and its address, and gives its consent.
• It signs in with a code sent by email, with no passwords.
• Signing up does not confirm anything: it only starts the check.
• There may be a maximum number of sign-ups per day. If it is reached, you can try again another day.

4. THE CHECK

• A person from KreoWeb carries it out, one business at a time.
• For a self-employed professional, we check that their NIF is correctly formed. For a company, its CIF is checked in the European VIES register.
• We check that the business exists and that whoever signs it up is in control of it, using its Google listing or its website.
• KreoWeb may ask for more information and may reject the sign-up if it cannot check it.
• We keep the method, a note, the date and the person who approved it. We do not keep copies of documents.
• Without a check, there is no public profile and no seal.

5 bis. THE FREE WEBSITE

• By signing up, the business can have its own free website at kreoconfianza.es: its cover photo, what it does, its opening hours, how to find it, a button so that people can message it on WhatsApp, and the seal. It is published when a person from KreoWeb approves the sign-up.
• The business sends the texts and photos, and declares that it is entitled to use them and that, if people appear in the photos, it has their permission. KreoWeb may resize the photos and remove their hidden data (such as the location).
• The page includes a discreet mention of KreoWeb, the service that makes it possible, with a link so that other businesses can request theirs.
• The business can change its page whenever it likes from its dashboard, at mi.kreoconfianza.es, by signing in with its email address and a code. New photos and some text changes may be reviewed by a person from KreoWeb before they are published. To prevent abuse, there is a maximum number of changes per day. It can also request changes at soporte@kreoweb.io.
• It is withdrawn together with the profile (points 8 and 9).

5. THE PROFILE AND THE SEAL

• The profile shows the business’s name, its address and the phone number it gave when signing up (and its description and opening hours, if it has them), and the seal. The email address is not published.
• A self-employed person’s NIF is never published. A company’s CIF is shown partly hidden, with the note “CIF comprobado en el registro europeo VIES” (CIF checked in the European VIES register).
• The seal says “Control del negocio confirmado”, what was checked and on what date, and it always links to the live profile.
• The business may only use the seal while it is valid, without altering it or copying it away from its link.
• The business can ask not to have a public profile. In that case, it has no seal.

6. VERIFIED REVIEWS (KREOWEB CUSTOMERS ONLY). Verified reviews are only available for businesses that are KreoWeb customers (and for any paid plans that may exist in the future).

• Whoever leaves a review confirms it from their phone on WhatsApp. If nobody confirms it within 24 hours, it is deleted.
• Only reviews of services purchased or used in the previous 30 calendar days are accepted, as required by law (Art. 20.4 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, as worded by Law 10/2025).
• One review per phone number and business per year.
• An automatic filter checks whether a review contains personal data or other content that is not allowed. A person reviews those before they are published. The rest are published as soon as they are confirmed.
• We show the first name written by whoever leaves it, the stars, the month of the service, the text and the business’s reply.
• The business cannot delete or change reviews, but it can reply to them publicly.
• If the business believes a review is fake, it can ask for it to be removed, providing evidence. A person from KreoWeb decides, and the reason is recorded.
• The “How we verify reviews” page explains how reviews are checked and processed.

7. THE BUSINESS’S OBLIGATIONS

• To give truthful details and to let us know if they change.
• Not to buy reviews, not to offer anything in exchange for a good opinion, and not to publish or ask for fake reviews.
• Not to use the seal if it has been withdrawn.

8. WITHDRAWAL OF THE PROFILE OR THE SEAL. KreoWeb may withdraw the profile or the seal if the details turn out to be false, if the business ceases to exist or no longer meets what was checked, or if it breaches these Terms (for example, by buying reviews). A person always makes that decision, with a reason, and the business is told beforehand unless there is a risk to third parties.

9. LEAVING THE SERVICE

• The business can leave whenever it likes, by writing to soporte@kreoweb.io. Our team handles it.
• If the business is a KreoWeb customer, its profile and seal are withdrawn when its website is deactivated, and they return if it is reactivated. If it leaves KreoWeb, it can request its free website by signing up again.
• On withdrawal, the reviews are no longer shown and are deleted after 30 days.
• The business’s data is deleted 30 days after it leaves.

10. PRICE. The profile, the seal and the free website are free of charge. If there are paid plans in the future, they will be taken out separately, and nothing will ever be charged unless the business asks for it.

11. LIABILITY

• The seal attests to what was checked on the date shown. It does not guarantee the quality of the business or its future conduct.
• Reviews are the opinion of the person who writes them. KreoWeb checks that they come from real customers, not what they say.
• KreoWeb is not liable for indirect damage or for interruptions caused by third parties or by force majeure.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. Each new version is published at kreoconfianza.es with its date. If an important change affects businesses that have already signed up, KreoWeb will let them know by email before it applies. If the business does not agree, it can leave the service.

13. APPLICABLE LAW. Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts and tribunals of Granada.
